It”s never too early to start planning. Tickets are now on sale for the Biennial Dodge Poetry Festival, a four day feast of words to be held at the site of the very first Dodge Poetry Festival, Waterloo Village, Stanhope, NJ from September 28 through October 1, 2006. Sponsored by the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, the festival has taken place every second year since 1986. This year”s feature poets will include Billy Collins, Jorie Graham, Kurtis Lamkin, Sekou Sundiata, and Brian Turner and the poetry groujp Poets Among Us. The festival also boasts a four day long Open Mic tent for all poets, and a chance for all poets to discuss poetry with published poets in Conversations on the Craft.
